By day Third Wave Cafe is a regular cafe, it's at night that the American smokehouse comes to life. We do some pretty interesting things with bacon too, having just released a bacon milkshake (trust us, just go with it) and our breakfast bacon taco - will change your life. That's a taco shell made from crispy fried bacon! stuffed with golden scrambled eggs and doused in BBQ sauce. Outrageous. Third Wave has the best 'Low and Slow' Smoked Meats this side of Texas and our returning customers prove it. We do keep pushing the boundaries so come back and see what is new!
