Hi my name is Yolanda I currently have storage at this place I infact don't recommend to go through this company as my storage shed was broken into and I was not informed of this by staff as they wrote a note of no lock being on my storage unit when staff did a random security check on my unit blocks but never considered contacting me the owner of the belongs that were in the storage unit I rented from them I found out as I went to the unit only to find out it was broken into and the lock was cut with bolt cutters and trashed and gone through and items were stolen I called the company and the night I became aware of this I knocked on the owner of business door as they live on the property no answer so then called the next opening of business and told them to find out they knew of this didn't take any action of any sort to assure my things had security and was safe they told me well more aless they said it must be someone I know as they went past 200 to get to mine and it's never happened before so I would have to have something in my unit they want and they continued to tell me that the perpetrators were in my unit for half a hour they know this cause a data bass picks it up everytime the unit door is open and closed and they left me feeling violated as a customer a victim of theft and in no way was I compansated for this but left feeling like it was my fault so don't recommend anyone rent from these people
