Well positioned on a good size block and held aloft by concrete stumps this property offers outstanding value. The floor down stairs is concrete and again very tidy, allowing access to lock up a vehicle if you like. The yard is fully fenced from front to back offering easy access off street parking. The old girl is neat enough and will no doubt need a little bit of TLC but for now it's very minor. I.e. a lick of paint here and there. The property is close to the golf course and only a short walk to shops. It's an easy drive to the major service center and with the tenant wanting to stay on there's little to worry about.
